We value character over abilities and skills. The trainee we are looking for is motivated, responsible and eager to learn. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, other language skills, especially Swedish, are regarded as an advantage. Previous experience of working in a law firm or other legal position is considered an asset.
Legal Trainee
As a Legal Trainee, you will work part-time 1–3 days per week. Our Legal Trainees are at an early stage in their law studies, typically second or third-year students. Legal Trainees assist our lawyers and other staff in daily office tasks, but also get to do more demanding tasks such as drafting documents, small translation tasks and legal research.
Associate Trainee
As an Associate Trainee, you usually work full-time and concentrate on a particular field of law. Our Associate Trainees’ work tasks are similar to those of newly graduated lawyers, for example, performing extensive legal research, drafting memoranda and legal documents as well as translating documents. An ideal Associate Trainee candidate is a law student who is in the final stage of their studies already having completed their bachelor’s degree.
Being a part of our Magnusson team, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility and create added value. Do you want to be part of our team?
We are all looking forward to meeting you!
